• These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the AcadTracker platform, which is operated by Enrilo Technologies LLP ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using AcadTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
• AcadTracker is intended for use by educational consultancies and authorized representatives. Students and individuals whose data is processed do not directly contract with us.

• AcadTracker is intended for use by educational consultancies and authorized representatives. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

To use AcadTracker, you must contact us to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You agree to use AcadTracker only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Disrupt or interfere with platform security or functionality

• You acknowledge that any student data uploaded to AcadTracker is your responsibility. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from students before storing or processing their information on the platform.

• AcadTracker processes data of students and leads irrespective of age. Where a student is under 18, you are responsible for obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before uploading that student's data, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• We do not use any data, whether of students, leads, or employees, for behavioural tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising, irrespective of age.

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to AcadTracker. By using the platform, you grant Enrilo Technologies LLP, the owner of AcadTracker, a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

• Documents uploaded for students (irrespective of the type of document) and for your employees or users (mainly government-issued identity documents) are stored with our cloud storage provider, which encrypts them at rest.
• The links to every uploaded document are encrypted before they are stored in our database.
• Each time a document is requested, we verify that the person requesting it is authorized to view it.
• Other data on the platform may or may not be encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we protect your data.

• All features of AcadTracker require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payments may result in account suspension or termination.

• While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Enrilo Technologies LLP does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time, subject to applicable data retention policies.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrilo Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Enrilo Technologies LLP harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AcadTracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance to Vadodara Jurisdiction.
