Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the AcadTracker platform, which is operated by Enrilo Technologies LLP ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using AcadTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

AcadTracker is intended for use by educational consultancies and authorized representatives. Students and individuals whose data is processed do not directly contract with us.

Eligibility

AcadTracker is intended for use by educational consultancies and authorized representatives. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

Account Registration

To use AcadTracker, you must contact us to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

Use of the Platform

You agree to use AcadTracker only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized data
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Disrupt or interfere with platform security or functionality

Student Data Responsibility

You acknowledge that any student data uploaded to AcadTracker is your responsibility. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from students before storing or processing their information on the platform.

Children’s Data and No Behavioural Tracking

AcadTracker processes data of students and leads irrespective of age. Where a student is under 18, you are responsible for obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before uploading that student's data, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We do not use any data, whether of students, leads, or employees, for behavioural tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising, irrespective of age.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to AcadTracker. By using the platform, you grant AcadTracker a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Subscription & Payments

All features of AcadTracker require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payments may result in account suspension or termination.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, AcadTracker does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time, subject to applicable data retention policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrilo Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Enrilo Technologies LLP harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AcadTracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance to Vadodara Jurisdiction.
